Distilled in small batches in Madeira from island botanicals - mountain juniper, plants native to the island's Laurissilva, and exotic passion fruit and pitanga - with the purest mountain water from the Madeira highlands.

Hints of pine, typical juniper, slightly earthy with a good grade of depth. Complexity carries through to the palate, hints of pepper and mint. Long, soft finish with a black pepper heat shining through.
